Our Rustic Lueders chopped veneer is produced from the same limestone blocks used in our architectural cut stone. These limestone blocks are run through a series of hydraulic splitters in order to produce a random ashlar veneer, that basically can be described as "squares and rectangles". In the industry many refer to this as "builder's stone". The product lends itself to patterns that are very rustic and organic. "Green Projects" in the State of Texas that require LEED points benefit from this material, as it is shipped directly from the quarry mill to the jobsite, it is quarried within 500 miles from any project in the state, it is fabricated within 500 miles from any project in the state, and it may be utilized in structural full masonry wall systems.
